In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to all of  the following terms and conditions. Terms and conditions may change from time to time without notice.


The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and any/all Agreement: “Client,” “You”, and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting ThinkShirt’s terms and conditions. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” and “Us” refer to Custom Village Design, Inc.. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to transactions that are necessary to meeting the Client’s needs in relation to the Company’s offered products/services. Use of the terminology above or other words in the singular, plural, and/or he/she/they, are interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.


Privacy Statement

We are committed to maintaining high levels of security and protecting your personal privacy. Authorized employees within the company, manufacturers, and suppliers will use information collected from customers only for the purpose of satisfying orders.  We constantly review and update our systems and data to ensure the best possible service for our customer. We will investigate all unauthorized actions against computer systems and data with a view to prosecute and/or take legal action to recover damages against the responsible parties.


Intellectual Property/Copyright Policy

Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exist on all content relating to our services and full content of this website. All created or displayed designs are owned and/or licensed by Custom Village Design, Inc.. Use of our services constitutes agreement of our terms and conditions.


Proof Approval Policy

By approving this proof, you agree to the following: “I understand that my artwork will print exactly as shown here.I have reviewed spelling, layout, size, and colors to ensure that they are correct. I understand that the colors shown on my monitor may not be reflective of the actual imprint colors, and that the actual colors are recorded in the ‘Colors’ tab. I understand that the size of the artwork on the mock is for illustrative purposes only, and that actual dimensions are recorded in the ‘Dimensions’ tab. I understand that no order will move into production without prior proof approval. I will not hold Custom Village Design, Inc.. liable for any errors or delays because of improper or late proof approval.



Payments made for all services and products can be paid with personal checks, most major credit/debit cards, Paypal, money orders, or purchase orders from qualifying organizations. All goods remain the property of Custom Village Design until paid for in full. Net terms may be negotiated with qualified organizations.


Tax Policy

Orders made within New York State are subject to state sales tax. Customers without tax exemption, and bill their order in the New York State, will have the sales tax automatically applied to the purchase.


Delivery Terms

The term “delivery” refers to the time when an order is in the possession of the customer. Delivery times are calculated upon the processing and confirmation of payment and order. The delivery date is inclusive of the duration of production only.  


For claims concerning late delivery or defective products, refer to the Misprint, Refund, and Claim Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by missed deliveries, holiday scheduling, delays caused by 3rd party shipping providers, or extreme weather conditions.


Misprint, Refund, and Claim Policy

Due the customized nature of our products, refunds are not generally possible. However, we will honor reprints or refunds in the following cases:

  1. Misprint: There is an error in printing including color, placement, dimensions, material flaw, or other defects.

  2. Missing garments: One or more pieces are missing from the order.

  3. Orders where customer provided goods are provided are not covered by this misprint policy

All requests for reprints or refunds must be submitted within 48 hours. Provide a description of the issue along with your name, e-mail, and an image of the misprinted product (if applicable). We will have a representative contact you within 48 hours to help resolve the issue.


Once your claim is approved, we will provide a reprint of the defective items or a refund for the misprint.  


Changes & Cancellations Policy

Orders are processed very shortly after they are placed to ensure the timely delivery of goods. Changes or cancellations are generally not possible. Please contact us immediately if such a request is required. Any changes or cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee and/or delay of delivery. Please note that orders that enter production cannot be changed or cancelled. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to make all final decisions.


Notification of Changes

The company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time at its discretion and continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.


These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a transaction indicates your understanding, agreement to, and acceptance of the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
